Many of our items, such as all-over print apparel and hooded blankets, are made on demand and fulfilled by Subliminator—a trusted print-on-demand provider known for top-tier craftsmanship and quality control.
⏱ How long does it take to receive my order?
Production time: 2–7 business days
Shipping time (Mainland U.S.): 6–9 business days
Shipping time (Remote U.S.): 13–16 business days

We currently ship across the United States, including remote locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam.

Yes! We offer:

🔍 How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking usually becomes active within 24–48 hours. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us. You can use our Track Your Order page for advanced tracking.
🛃 Will I be charged customs or import fees?
We do not charge customs or import taxes. However, any additional fees imposed by your country (tariffs, duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
📬 I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
Please contact us immediately at support@owlhootique.com. If your order hasn’t entered production, we can correct it. Once shipped, we cannot redirect the package.
📅 What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
💳 When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, contact us at support@owlhootique.com.

🔁 Can I exchange an item?
Yes - but only within 3 days of delivery.
Please email us within 3 days with a description and photo of the item. Once accepted, you can place a new order after the return is approved. For faster service, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a refund for the returned item.
